Clowns from Canada

Not long ago in a bus I caught a sight of an oddly located mall. It was in the south, where the rich are not.

Wanting to break away from things, wanting to see if they had any sales in Falabella, and since I figured it would be a deserted mall through which we could whiz and maybe even find an interesting place to eat, we got on the bus and went south.

It is monstrous and new, and you can read about it here: the largest in Colombia with some kind of clown theme they got from Canada.

And it was crowded. People were ambling, eating ice cream–every one of them–and window shopping. They were almost exclusively window shopping, except that a bunch of them crowded in to Falabella.

Food court was packed and people were eating huge, enormous platters of rather overpriced food. Packed. And all the open spaces too.

We left.
