Did you build the Kindle edition of your book, or did Amazon do it? For whatever reason, when I read it on my Android tablet and try to switch to low-light mode (white text on a black background, easier on the eyes), it doesn’t work right. The margins go black, but there are white boxes under each paragraph, which defeats the whole purpose.

When you submit the text to Kindle, they have a step by step thing to set it up right. You do it in Word, it is like a word document and then you convert it to html. The Kindle cloud reader thing comes out fine on my computer. The book should work like any other kindle book.

I’d appreciate that. I have InDesign and Amazon’s plugin for building Kindle books from InDesign; maybe I could import the text there, and see if I can’t build a version that looks right on Android. If it works, I’ll send it to you.
