A cloud; a cloud with white and grey
and knowing scientifically
its waterness I see that too.
And how it drifts, gets torn and how
the light works on it . . . Which is
the point of mystery, it seems.
A dark and incandescent cloud.
It dims below but I can’t look
at that top brightness very long.
What is that strange relationship
of light and water doing there?
